Overseas Affiliates

International Adventures relies on a strong network of experienced overseas recruiting and educational affiliates as a precursor to identifying the world's top talent.

Since 2004 International Adventures has placed thousands of international participants on seasonal work and training programs. We only place hospitality students, graduates and experienced workers on our programs and we only work with prestigious hotels, resorts, country clubs and restaurants across the USA to host them. We are very proud of the relationships we have developed and the rewarding experiences we provide to our participants. The International Adventures Team has extensive experience with the following work and training programs:

J-1 Internship Program
An opportunity for current students studying on hospitality, tourism, or culinary courses, or recent graduates from one of these courses to take part in an internship program in the USA for up to 12 months.

J-1 Trainee Program
An opportunity for recent graduates from hospitality, tourism, or culinary courses, or experienced hospitality workers to take part in structured training programs in the USA for up to 12 months!

J-1 Work and Travel Program
An opportunity for students studying on hospitality, tourism or culinary courses at college or university to spend their vacation working in the USA!

International Adventures offers full service programs that include the following:

International Adventures already has a strong network of experienced overseas affiliates and Hospitality and Culinary schools all around the world. Our affiliates assist us in recruiting and prequalifying exceptional participants for our programs. They also assist them in securing their US visas and by making travel arrangements for them to arrive in the USA in an organized and coordinated manner for our employers. Our overseas affiliates are an important part of the overall success of our programs and for this reason we are very selective about who we work with. International Adventures expects our affiliates to care about delivering a quality experience to their participants as much as we do. 


While we already have an established network of reliable and trusted affiliates, we are always interested in partnering with new affiliates. We expect all of our affiliates to have previous experience sending participants to the USA, and to have a good relationship and regular lines of communication with their local US Embassy and Consulates.
